BS in Physical Education and Biology from Friends University.
Experience:
I spent 14 years in the Medical Implant Device Sales business. In 2000 I changed careers to sell residential and commercial real estate. I spent 4 years at a west Wichita Remax office where I build a large business base and had a team of 6 agents and staff working for me. In 2006 I accepted a position of CEO for a Keller Williams franchise and helped Launch an award winning franchise in East Wichita. The office I started was the largest office in Keller Williams history at Franchise approval. In October of 2007 I started a new real estate office with my auctioneer partner, Larry Theurer called United Country Real Estate & Auction in which I am part owner. At United Country I serve as Managing Broker and I personally sell real estate of all types for my clients.

My business partner started a United Country franchise in Wellington, KS in early 2007. Larry Theurer and I started the Wichita Franchise in October of 2007. Our goal is to provide a positive buying or selling experience to our clients. We are very much a Nitch company, specializing in Premier Property, Waterfront type homes, Historical homes, Mountain Property, Hunting Property, Auction Property, Farm and Ranch property. We also work with all types of property in between. United Country is a national company, so we market our properties extensively all over the country and in some foreign countries. There are no other companies that we know of marketing for buyers locally as well as nationally, in the extensive results driven way we do. We believe we are well positioned in Wichita to help the metro area grow as the secret of our affordable housing market, low cost of living, and professional opportunities are revealed to the nation. |
